3- Hour continuing Education classes are state specific. These classes have only been approved to be taught in certain states on certain days. Please note, if you sign-up for another state's webinar which you are not a resident of, you will not be eligible for credits.

Webinar F.A.Q

Q: Can another person at my agency register? When is it too late to register?
A: We will take registrations up to the time of the webinar. Due to the Department of Insurance’s laws and regulations, we cannot provide credit to anyone entering the webinar after it has started. Please ensure you are there on time. We begin the webinar 15 minutes prior to the start time in order for you to sound check, print out the hand outs and prepare for the webinar.

Q: Can several people in my agency view the webinar on one computer and still receive credit?
A: No, currently everyone must be on their own computer, phone or tablet. Every person must register separately.

Q: I am unable to hear the instructor during the webinar.
A: First, ensure your sound is properly working on your computer. Make sure your speakers are on or your headphones are fully connected. If that does not fix the issue, please leave the webinar and re-enter. Doing so will normally fix any sound issues. If you are still unable to hear the instructor, please visit (https://support.goto.com/webinar/help/how-do-i-fix-audio-feedback-echo-static-during-my-session-g2w050049) for more information.

Q: I am unable to answer the attendance verification poll.
A: Please make sure the presentation is not in full screen. GoToWebinar has a known issue that will not allow a participant to answer a poll if the presentation is being viewed in full screen. After you have exited the presentation from full screen, if the poll is still not working please type “I’m here” in the Q&A chat section.

Q: I cannot attend the live webinar, can I watch the recorded version after the webinar is over and receive CE Credtis?
A: We are unable to provide CE Credits to anyone who was not at our live presentation.
